I work on net neutrality issues and am unaware of any legislation that would allow ISP’s to block certain websites, much less divide the Internet into “regions.” Unfortunately, there is a great deal of misinformation, intentional and unintentional, on the Internet surrounding the so-called net neutrality debate.
